MCL Fabrication, a division of MCL Industries and formerly MFS, is ready to bring your drawings to life. Our experienced metal fabrication team includes welders, CNC machining specialists, laser operators, brake press operators, and engineers. We specialize in light- to medium-duty fabrication, but we aren't afraid of the heavy-duty projects.
Laser
Our self-loading Mitsubishi laser gives us high precision cutting capabilities for:
- 1” mild steel
- 1/2" stainless steel
- 3/8” aluminum
- Sheets up to 60” x 120”
- Dross Reduction Control
- Our second laser is set up to handle fast turnaround parts or smaller projects that may not need full production volume
FORM
With two press brakes and a roller, we can form just about anything.
- 150-ton press brake with a ten-foot bed and VIDERE operator support
- 90-ton press brake with an eight-foot bed and VIDERE operator support
- GMC Power Bending Roll handles materials up to 60” wide and 1/4” thick
- PEM machine
WELD
Along with our experienced team, our equipment is ready to work:
- Three robotic welders
- MIG/TIG capabilities
- Mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Certified in 1" structural welding
CNC
Our Haas VF3 is machining COTS parts to design and creating custom parts every day.
