MCL - Fabrication Division can laser, form, and weld light- to heavy-duty products. Our experienced metal fabrication team includes welders, CNC machining specialists, laser operators, and brake press operators.
LASER
Our Mitsubishi laser gives us high precision cutting capabilities for:
- 1” mild steel
- 1/2" stainless steel
- 3/8” aluminum
- Sheets up to 60” x 120”
- Dross Reduction Control
- Our second laser is set up to handle fast turnaround parts or smaller projects that may not need full production volume
FORM
MCL - Fabrication Division can form just about anything with two press brakes and a roller:
- 150-ton press brake with a ten-foot bed
- Programming through the Videre Intuitive Information System
- 90-ton press brake with an eight-foot bed
- Programming through the Videre Intuitive Information System
- GMC Power Bending Roll
- Materials up to 60” wide and ¼” thick
- PEM machine
WELD
Along with our experienced team, our equipment is ready to get to work:
- Three robotic welders
- MIG/TIG capabilities
- Mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Certified in 1" structural welding
ASSEMBLY
