Metal Fabrication at MCL Industries

MCL Industries has two press brakes in their metal fab division

Did you know MCL Industries has metal fabrication in house? As a contract manufacturer, it’s extremely important to us that we can serve our customers efficiently and offering metal fabrication is one way we can help streamline the supply chain. MCL’s metal division can laser, form, and weld light- to medium-duty products. Our experienced metal fabrication team includes welders, CNC machining specialists, laser operators, and brake press operators.

LASER

Our Mitsubishi laser gives us high precision cutting capabilities for:

  • .25” thick mild steel
  • 3/8” aluminum and stainless steel
  • Sheets up to 60” x 120”

FORM

MCL’s metal division can form just about anything with two press brakes and a roller:

  • 150-ton press brake with a ten-foot bed
    • Programming through the Videre Intuitive Information System
  • 90-ton press brake with an eight-foot bed
    • Programming through the Videre Intuitive Information System
  • GMC Power Bending Roll
    • Materials up to 60” wide and ¼” thick
  • PEM machine

WELD

Along with our experienced team, our equipment is ready to get to work:

  • Three robotic welders
  • MIG/TIG capabilities
  • Mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

ASSEMBLY

Besides metal fabrication, MCL specializes in engineering and manufacturing electromechanical products and subassemblies.
